Job Summary
Assist youth diagnosed with severe emotional disorders by advocating for and coordinating services. Responsibilities include identifying barriers to access, maintaining a case load, and attending IEP meetings. Require a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, with a year of relevant experience or a Master’s degree as a substitute. Certification, background checks, and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in any of the behavioral sciences from accredited institution
- One (1) year of experience in performing case management services or working in the behavioral health field, post degree
- Willingness to obtain required Targeted case management (TCM) certification
- Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen
