Job Summary
Children's Care Coordinator provides professional case management for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance, advocating for clients to secure services and coordinating all necessary services within an interdisciplinary team. The role requires travel within the designated area and flexible hours to meet client demand. Qualifications include a minimum of one year relevant experience with children with serious emotional disturbance, 18+ years old, intermediate computer skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) in psychology, mental health, human services, social work, or closely related fields. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four year institution with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or a Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
