Job Summary
Provide professional case management services for children and adolescents, coordinating services to meet client needs as part of an interdisciplinary team. The CCM advocates for clients during service access, requires travel within the designated area, and offers a flexible schedule. Requires prior experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance, 18+ years old, and intermediate computer skills. Education must include at least a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, mental health, human services, or closely related field (or a Master's Degree in related fields). Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Education: Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year institution of higher learning, with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
