Job Summary
Provide professional case management services to children with Serious Emotional Disturbance, advocating for clients to secure necessary services and coordinating all required services. CCM collaborates effectively within an interdisciplinary team, and must be able to work flexible hours and travel within the designated area. Requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience with children with SED, 18+ years old, and intermediate computer skills. Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree (in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, or related fields) or a Master's degree in a closely related field. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or a Master's Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
