Job Summary
Childrens Care Coordinator providing professional case management for children/adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance; coordinates services to meet client needs; advocates for clients within an interdisciplinary team; travel within designated area; flexible hours; requires a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in related fields and 1+ year relevant experience; intermediate computer skills; full-time with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year institution... with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or who has a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year educational institution in an unrelated field and at least one (1) year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or a Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
