Job Summary
Coordinate professional case management services for children and adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance, acting as an advocate to help clients secure necessary services and coordinating all required supports. Work within an interdisciplinary team, with flexibility to meet client needs and travel within the designated area. Requires 1+ year relevant experience and a minimum age of 18. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology, mental health/human services or closely related fields (or a related Bachelor's with relevant experience) or a Master's degree in related fields; intermediate computer skills are required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or a Master's Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
