Job Summary
Provide professional case management to eligible clients, advocating for services and coordinating all needed services to meet the needs of children and adolescents served. Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, with the ability and desire to work flexible hours and travel within the designated area to meet client demand. Requirements include 1+ year experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance, 18+ years old, intermediate computer skills, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or a related Master’s degree in fields such as psychology, social work, counseling, or related human services). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year relevant life/work experience with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution in psychology, mental health or related field or related field with at least 1 year of relevant human services experience; or Master's Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing or related field
