Job Summary
Provide professional case management for children and adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance, acting as an advocate to secure services and coordinating all required services. Work within an interdisciplinary team, with flexible hours to meet client needs and travel within the designated area. Requires 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related fields. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience with children who have Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of full-time relevant human services experience; or a Master's degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
