Job Summary
Provide professional case management services for children and adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance, acting as an advocate to secure services and coordinating all necessary services to meet clients' needs. Will work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, travel within the designated area, and accommodate flexible hours to meet client demand. Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience with children with SE disturbances, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (in psychology, mental health/human services or closely related field) or a relevant Master's degree. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year institution with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or a Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
