Provide professional case management services for children with Serious Emotional Disturbance, advocating for clients to secure services and coordinating all necessary services within an interdisciplinary team. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field OR Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with at least one year of relevant human services experience OR Master's degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field
