Job Summary
Provide professional case management services to eligible clients. The case manager acts as an advocate to help clients secure needed services and coordinates all services required to meet clients’ needs. Will work with children and adolescents within an interdisciplinary team, travel within the designated area, and maintain flexible hours to meet client demand. Requires at least one year of experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance, and a minimum of a 4-year degree (Bachelor’s preferred; Master’s in related field also acceptable). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution in psychology, mental health, human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelor's in an unrelated field with at least one year of relevant human services experience; or a Master's Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
