Job Summary
Provide professional case management for children and adolescents. Act as an advocate to secure services and coordinate all necessary services to meet client needs. Work within an interdisciplinary team, maintain flexibility to meet client demand, and travel within the designated area. Requires at least one year of relevant life/work experience with children who have Serious Emotional Disturbance, age 18+, intermediate computer skills, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (with related field) or a Master's degree in a related field. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Has a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year institution with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelor's in an unrelated field with at least one year of relevant human services experience; or a Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
