Job Summary
Coordinate professional case management services for children and adolescents with Serious Emotional Disturbance, advocate for clients, and ensure delivery of required services. Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team, with flexible hours and travel within the designated area to meet client needs. Requires at least one year of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or relevant Master’s), and intermediate computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four year institution with specialization in psychology, mental health and human services, behavioral health, behavioral sciences, social work, human development, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, sociology, nursing, or closely related field; or a Bachelors Degree from an accredited four year institution in an unrelated field and at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant human services experience; or Masters Degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing, or closely related field from an accredited graduate school.
