Job Summary
Overnight and daytime complex-care support for a non-mobile child in a family home, delivering personal care, administering medication via PEG, and assisting with seizure and respiratory care. Role includes waking night shift (10 pm–7 am) every 2nd Friday with contingency cover, and day shift (8 am–2/3 pm) about 1 day per week with flexible scheduling. Located in Rochford/Chelmsford area within Advantage Healthcare (AGH) part of CCH; opportunity for skill development, DBS paid by employer, full training and induction, and clear progression into senior/leadership roles. Requires experience caring for children; nurse-led training provided. Perks include Blue Light Card and RAF scheme. Pets in the household (two dogs); care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs in community and home settings.
