Job Summary
Provide daily care for a child with neurological delays, self-harming behaviors, and a PEG feed, including administering regular medication and supporting safety measures. Facilitate activities such as time in the garden, playing football, and family visits while building rapport with a non-verbal communicator using finger and eye movements. Offer full clinical support and training to develop skills in complex care areas. Requires ability to work afternoon shifts from 3 pm to 9 pm and waking nights from 9 pm to 7 am. Experience working with children is beneficial.
Required Qualifications

- Can build a rapport with a young person who is non verbal but communicates using finger and eye movements
