Job Summary
Deliver outpatient mental health services in school and community settings, including individual, family, and group therapy, under the supervision of an interdisciplinary team. Responsible for conducting psycho-social assessments, developing Crisis Management Plans and Individual Service Plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring credentialing requirements (DMH PCMHT) are met within 60 days of hire. Collaborates with school staff, caregivers, and other mental health providers to address the needs of children and youth, with ongoing treatment planning, home visits as needed, and participation in weekly treatment team/interdisciplinary meetings. Requires a Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field and demonstrated competencies in child/adolescent development, DSM criteria usage, cultural sensitivity, and therapeutic rapport. Maintains active caseload and delivers specified therapy hours per client care plan.
