Job Summary
Provide swim instruction using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, developing confident swimmers through positive reinforcement while enforcing safety rules to prevent accidents. Create the Golden Experience for swimmers, families, and staff by maintaining high energy and excellent communication. Work evenings, weekends, or weekday mornings with flexible hours, utilizing paid training to obtain Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 60 days. Earn up to $21.00/hour based on specialty training in infant lessons, special needs, or swim team coaching.
Required Qualifications

- Passion for working with children of all ages and ability levels
- Willingness to obtain/maintain current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 60 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with children (child care, camp counselor, coach, or mentor)
- Prior experience as lifeguard
- Swimming experience
