Job Summary
Assist children with developmental disabilities in building on their strengths and help families remain safely together in the family home. Work in an environment convenient to the child and family, link/monitor/coordinate services, develop and implement Person-Centered Plans, advocate for individuals served, monitor and document outcomes, revise plans as needed, and support culturally competent, recovery-based practices. After 90 days, hybrid work is available; flexible time-off options are provided; no weekends or on-call work required. Skills include case management, coordination, planning, resource knowledge for eligible consumers, and ability to work with diverse populations. Potential for growth in social services and related fields. Pro salary range: $20-25/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service-related field
- Valid Driver's License
