Job Summary
Lead fun, engaging Soccer Shots sessions using our nationally recognized curriculum, introducing children ages 2–8 to soccer in a safe, positive environment. Teach age-appropriate skills while emphasizing teamwork, confidence, respect, and character, managing groups with enthusiasm and professionalism. Arrive prepared, set up and pack up equipment, and build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and caregivers. Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism while following our standards to create an exceptional experience for every family.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working with young children
- Have a positive, energetic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to local program locations
- Ability to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, or similar roles
- Basic soccer knowledge
- Playing experience
- Coaching experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
