Children's Services Associate - 95th Street Library

Deliver reference and Readers' Advisory services to customers while assisting with digital and print resource usage. Plan and conduct children's programs, develop new concepts, and maintain collection organization through displays and material arrangement. Support Children's Services Librarians with collection management, prepare reports for management, and troubleshoot minor computer hardware and software issues. Uphold high customer service standards with vendors, customers, and staff while proactively participating in outreach activities and working with volunteers. Maintain current knowledge of library trends and attend professional development opportunities.
