Job Summary
Children’s Residential Team Leader in Selby (East Riding, UK) within YMCA Robin Hood Group. Lead and support the daytime team to maintain a safe, calm, and therapeutic home environment for looked-after children; drive records management, uphold OFSTED standards, and contribute to a positive, nurturing care model. Role requires resilience, calmness under pressure, a person-centered approach, and driving responsibilities to support school runs and activities. Includes working a rota with long days, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends; enhanced safeguarding checks are required. Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check with child barred list
