Children's Residential Support Worker

As a Children's Residential Support Worker at Witherslack Group, you will support young people with SEMH needs in our residential homes, helping with daily routines, school preparation, homework, and activity planning. You’ll be part of a team that fosters positive progress, celebrate small victories, and provide a stable, caring environment during evenings and weekends through activities and engagement. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is supported by the employer; DBS checks are required. The role includes 1-2 monthly sleep-ins, probationary period with training through Care Academy, and a path for progression within a leading specialist education and care provider.
