Job Summary
As a Children's Residential Support Worker at Witherslack Group, you’ll care for young people with SEMH in our specialist homes, helping them with daily routines, school preparation and homework, and planning engaging activities. You’ll support their emotional and social development, assist with paperwork, and participate in a range of activities from Xbox sessions to outings like football or go-karting. The role includes up to four sleep-ins per month and a comprehensive induction via the Care Academy. A UK driving licence (held 12 months) is required, and if you don’t yet hold the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), the employer will fund study. You’ll join a diverse, inclusive team committed to safeguarding and creating positive outcomes for young people with SEMH, autism, or other needs. Required Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
