Job Summary
Support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in residential homes by ensuring they are ready for school, assisting with homework, and completing paperwork. Plan daily activities and engage in evenings and weekends through games, sports, or outings to create lasting memories. Guide each young person toward a positive future by tapping into their individual needs, personality, and potential. You will work 4 weeks in an off-the-job Care Academy induction before starting.
Required Qualifications
