Children's Residential Support Worker

Support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs day-to-day by ensuring they are ready for school, assisting with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Engage in evening and weekend social activities such as gaming, football, film days, or go-karting to build lasting memories. Guide each young person toward a positive future by tapping into their individual needs, personality, and potential. Participate in a 4-week off-the-job induction through the Care Academy before starting full duties.
