Job Summary
Provide nurturing and supportive residential care to young people, delivering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic support within our homes. Facilitate recreational activities tailored to individual interests, including cinema, swimming, and sports. Ensure all young people's needs are met in a fair and balanced way while promoting equal opportunities and challenging discriminatory behaviour. Maintain a 365-day service schedule with a typical pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-in shifts.
Required Qualifications
