Children's Residential Care Worker

Build positive, supportive relationships with young people up to 18 and assist with daily routines including self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing. Participate in school life and lead educational and life skills activities while encouraging development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement. Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment, and work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals. Follow a shift pattern with sleep-ins required for full-time roles, with part-time options available at 60, 90, or 120 hours monthly.
