Job Summary
Provide high-quality residential care and crisis intervention at Chestnut, a three-bedroom children's home, while facilitating recreational activities tailored to each young person's interests. Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support and ensure all needs are met fairly, challenging any discriminatory behavior in line with equal opportunities standards. Work rotating shifts from 8am to 11pm, including sleep nights, across a 365-day service year with rotas provided in advance. Complete a BILD-accredited, paid induction training and maintain a full UK driving licence.
