Job Summary
Provide nurturing and supportive residential care to young people, delivering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care within our homes. Facilitate recreational activities tailored to individual interests such as cinema, swimming, and sports while ensuring all needs are met in a fair and balanced way. This 365-day service requires a full UK driving licence, right to work, and age over 21, with a standard schedule of 173 hours per month including sleep-in shifts.
