Job Summary

Manage and grow School Market Produce Distributions, Backpacks for Kids, and in-school pantry programs across six counties. Coordinate distribution logistics with Children's Programs, Partner Services, and Operations while leveraging new technologies to streamline planning and fulfillment. Lead the development of a new in-school pantry model and expand partnerships to reach underserved student populations. Supervise the Children's Program Assistant, oversee program budgets, and maintain dashboards tracking progress and impact. Ensure programs conform to Feeding America contracts and share best practices with the Feeding America Network through conference calls and webinars.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year College/University
Three years management experience in social services/programs
Supervisory experience in human services/ non-profit
Previous database management experience
