Job Summary
Deliver and lead Bravehearts’ Ditto Show to children, with responsibilities spanning live performance (in a lion cub mascot suit or as presenter) and end-to-end administrative duties (booking shows, CRM entry in HubSpot, stock and equipment maintenance). Must be equally comfortable performing and handling administrative tasks, thrive in a flexible, hybrid education/entertainment environment, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. Key skills include engaging communication across varied audiences, adaptability, organization, CRM proficiency, and the ability to comply with Working with Children checks and police history checks. The role operates part-time (Tue–Thu, 8:30am–4:00pm, with school-holiday adjustments) in Arundel, Queensland, Australia, and offers a not-for-profit salary packaging environment with SCHADS-aligned compensation.
Required Qualifications
