Job Summary
Provide and oversee high-quality patient care for pediatric patients; coordinate care across departments to ensure seamless service delivery; involve patients and families in care decisions and education; develop and document individualized care plans with goals and outcomes; perform safe SBAR bedside handoffs; communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; interpret diagnostic and lab data to inform care decisions; participate in quality improvement, training, and professional development initiatives; RN licensed in state of practice with ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC/ENPC/OCN/CPHON (based on unit needs); part-time position at Mercy Kids in Test & Treatment, St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Active RN license (or compact) in the state of practice
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, and more (based on unit needs)
