Children's Ministry Associate Director

Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly Thursday ministry environments by teaching, preparing communion, and leading baptism conversations. Ensure curriculum, supplies, and classrooms are prepared for services while maintaining accurate attendance records, registrations, and volunteer databases. Recruit, onboard, schedule, and equip volunteers for programming, developing healthy teams through regular communication and evaluation. Assist in collaborative planning for special events, camps, and seasonal initiatives while organizing ministry calendars and administrative processes. Partner with staff to align programming with overall ministry vision and improve systems through weekly staff huddles and monthly gatherings.
