Job Summary
Conduct child and adolescent Bio-psychosocial Assessments and Eligibility Determinations for intake into all MFS services. Plan and run treatment groups to meet client needs. Maintain third-party reimbursement eligibility. Travel to satellite offices as needed. Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related human services, an NH license (LCMHC or LICSW), and two years of community-based mental health treatment or case management experience. Life experiences may substitute for the experience requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in psychology, social work, psychosocial rehabilitation or related human services field
- Eligible for NH license (LCMHC, LICSW)

- Two years experience in community based mental health treatment or Case Management services
