Job Summary
Provide crisis intervention, screening, assessments, and referral services for children with developmental and intellectual disabilities (I/DD) in a hybrid setting (in-person at Grand Rapids, MI and remote/telehealth options) as part of Psychiatric Services - Outpatient. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling, and state licensure (LMSW or equivalent); QIDP certification is desirable. The role includes conducting assessments, coordinating referrals, and delivering services across environments, with emphasis on working with diverse populations and families. Spanish-speaking/bilingual ability preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, collaborative team are required. Eligible for loan repayment programs and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology
- Certification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist
- Licensed Master Social Worker preferred
- At least one-year experience with individuals who have developmental or intellectual disabilities, their families, and service providers
- Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and rationally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Spanish Speaking/bilingual preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and bridge language/cultural barriers to Network180 services
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
