Job Summary
Support the Lead Guide in maintaining a safe, developmentally appropriate Montessori Children’s House classroom; implement AMS guidelines and the established Montessori scope and sequence; supervise classroom activities, manage transitions, and reinforce consistent, respectful communication with students and families; collaborate with the Lead Guide and colleagues to support student development, maintain classroom records, participate in professional development, and contribute to a data-informed, inclusive learning community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum two years teaching experience in early childhood
- Montessori credentials preferred
