Children’s Home Registered Manager

Lead and manage a children’s residential home, creating a nurturing, safe environment for children with complex needs. Oversee staff development, ensure compliance with care standards, and implement therapeutic practices including CBT and ACT to promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes for young people. The role requires experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home, plus Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a Full UK Driving Licence. Based in Manchester with an emphasis on leadership, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality residential care.
