Job Summary

Lead and manage a Children’s Home residential care service in Newcastle, ensuring a nurturing, safe environment for children with complex needs; oversee staff development and regulatory compliance; implement therapeutic practices including CBT and ACT to promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes for young people; promote high standards of care and drive career progression for the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
