Job Summary
Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead Beccles Children’s Home (up to 4 children aged 11-17) ensuring safeguarding and risk management, compliance with Ofsted and statutory regulations, recruiting and developing staff, overseeing quality assurance, handling complaints and reporting for continuous improvement, and coordinating an on-call cover in the home grounds.
Required Qualifications
- two years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within last 5 years)
- at least one year in a role requiring supervision and management of staff in a care setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
- flexible to undertake on-call duties
- experience within EBD sector
- Full UK Driving License with access to own transport
- full training and monthly supervision provided
