Children's Gym and Party Coach

Teach children’s fitness classes and birthday-party sessions at My Gym Bellevue following company curriculum; lead high-energy, fun-filled gym classes and party activities with a focus on child development and engagement. Training is provided. The role requires a genuine love for working with children, strong interpersonal communication, effective time management, and the ability to be energetic and engaging. Availability includes weekends, mornings, and evenings. A background in theater, dance, gymnastics, or early childhood development is a plus. Compensation starts at $18 per hour with average trained staff earning $19-$21 per hour plus tips, plus benefits such as paid training, paid time off, and medical insurance allowance.
