Job Summary
As Children's Content Manager, oversee and develop a team of Children's Content Specialists and contract writers, assign and refine writing/editing tasks, and edit curriculum for Preschool through Student Programs. Collaborate with copy editors, designers, and formatters to bring materials to life, guide content through development stages, and strengthen content development processes. The role emphasizes leadership within BSF, theological writing/editing across age levels, and office-based collaboration with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of BSF leadership experience (Children’s or Staff leadership preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a church or para-church setting
- Minimum 2 years of content editing or similar experience (children’s curriculum experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to write and edit theological content across age levels
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong understanding of Christian doctrine and its relevance for today’s culture
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities; team leadership preferred
