Job Summary
Greet every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards and solid product knowledge throughout the day. Assist Children's Instructors by facilitating student connections, loading children safely on and off chairlifts, and supporting lessons during break times. Stay with assigned groups or tasks until instructed otherwise, ensuring you know each child's name and contact details for the lead instructor. Help set up flags, bins of vests, and toys near the magic carpet area while informing staff of daily conditions and club happenings. This seasonal part-time role requires an Intermediate to Advanced skier, high school or college enrollment, and clear communication skills. Located in Big Sky, Montana, you will enjoy free transportation, complimentary meals, and employee ski days.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Intermediate to Advanced Skier
- Currently enrolled in high school or college student
- Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments
- Able to write clearly and legibly
- Must show up on-time for scheduled shifts
- Must be clocked in
- Must be dressed out in uniform in a timely manner
- Be at Line Up on time ready to assist where needed
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures
- Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service
- Maintain outstanding service standards
- Display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times
- Assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team Members
