Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team; record session data with electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and connect with families; collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. No prior experience required; paid training available. Positions start part-time with opportunities for schedule flexibility, including afternoon or evening hours. Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course and commit for at least 6 months.
