Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team; record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness; no experience required and paid training available; positions start part-time and are in the ABA field focusing on children with Autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment required
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- All positions start off part-time
