Job Summary
Set up classrooms and arrive for pre-event huddles to ensure safe, structured care during special events. Engage children through games, crafts, and Christ-focused lessons while communicating with parents during drop-off and pick-up. Maintain a secure environment by following all safety guidelines and collaborating with the childcare lead and director. Clean up after events and participate in worship monthly. Requires a clear background check, age 14+, and passion for teaching kids about Jesus. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20 depending on age, with flexible scheduling of 4-20 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
- Attends Trace Church and is actively participating in worship at least once a month
- Clear background check
- At least 14 years or older
- Experience with kids
- Passion for caring, supporting and teaching kids about Jesus
- References that speak to character and skill related to working with children
