Childcare Team Lead

Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, with instruction comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule. Communicate and build relationships with families to support the center's success, and mentor new hires and fellow teachers through training and fun, interactive learning experiences. Assume Director or Assistant Director duties during their absence, including opening and closing the school, while ensuring daily care aligns with all licensing guidelines and company standards. This role requires experience in a licensed facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans, with a preference for college credits in Early Childhood Education or a CDA.
