Childcare Teacher

Childcare Teacher at The Learning Experience – Clarkston (Clarkston, MI). Responsibilities include supporting daily classroom routines and learning activities across age groups (infants, toddlers, and preschoolers), creating a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning, guiding children through transitions (meals, rest, centers), assisting with activity setup, communicating professionally with families and teaching team members, and following Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED; preferred childcare experience; strong communication and teamwork skills; must meet Michigan licensing requirements.
