Job Summary
Lead, coach and mentor infant/toddler/preschool teachers; manage the classroom to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment; implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; communicate with parents about children's progress; support center enrollment and engagement; build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic play-and-learn culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Preference in experience in infant classrooms
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aide certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
- EDU 119 must, ECE certification, AS in Early childhood education good to have
- Must be willing to go background check or ready to start
- SIDS certified
