Job Summary
The Sunshine House is hiring multiple childcare teacher roles in Greensboro, NC (Floater, Lead Twos, Lead Toddler, School age). Responsibilities include creating a safe, nurturing learning environment; fostering an engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow; supporting social and emotional development; promoting a love of learning through Creative Curriculum and Brain Connect programs; and building strong partnerships with families through daily app updates and personal discussions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EDU119/NCECC cert. or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teachers
- EDU119/NCECC cert. or enrollment within 6 months of hire date for TAs and Floater teachers
- Previous experience working in licensed childcare
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
