Job Summary
Teach and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs; create a safe, welcoming classroom environment; monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents; facilitate play-based learning activities that promote social and emotional growth; collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience; maintain a clean and organized classroom space; communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding development; ensure compliance with childcare regulations and policies; TECE 1/2 preferred; First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background check required.
